Best Practices for assign capabilities to the roles

Hi.
I have a question about the correct assignation of the capabilities to the roles in VCM.
I need assign of correct form the capabilities to the roles, but I have several roles with different features to the default roles.
Exist a document with the Best Practices recomended by Vignette for this task ?
